David O'Hagan, Revolutionist, Coach, MBA

David has a broad professional background and has held a variety of positions in the industries of technology, banking/finance, non-profit, and government. He holds an international MBA, has been trained as a coach, and has completed Dale Carnegie training. His broad professional and academic exposure has contributed to his strong perspective on the idea that people are the key to any successful venture (professional or personal).

In 2005 he founded Red Sky Coaching and has partnered with seasoned executives, entrepreneurs, and corporate management teams. His coaching, consulting, and training work involves designing and facilitating group workshops, inspiring people through one-on-one coaching, and coaching/mentoring in a volunteer capacity with a non-profit organization that provides business training and coaching/mentoring to low income entrepreneurs.

In addition to the professional coaching, consulting, and training David also helps people find and land their dream job as well as develop and refine their personal skills to enhance their business, career, and personal success.

Inspired by people in both a professional and personal sense, David is an active networker and belongs to a number of networking organizations, including BNI.

Roberta is a resourceful executive with experience building, re-engineering and managing all aspects of operations specializing in contact centre start-up and management. Expertise in Client Relationship Management, customer service, technical support, telemarketing, collections and inside sales for start-ups, high growth and mature enterprises, including communications, IT, on-line gaming, computer sales, e-commerce, and outsourcing. 

She is a natural leader who effectively communicates vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining focus on critical performance metrics while enabling and motivating others to excel.  An energetic and loyal professional with sound judgment who takes accountability for delivering results in a dynamic and evolving environment.
