Logistics
- Duration Sessions range from 20-40 minutes in length
- Location Sessions can be done in the office and/or by phone
- Format
- Coaching sessions are focused either on topics chosen by the individuals themselves or those mandated by the company
- Accountability can be implemented for corporate and/or individual visions, goals, and timelines
- One-on-one coaching can be undertaken separately from group workshops, however the greatest effectiveness and benefit is obtained with the combination of the one-on-one coaching with the group workshops
